Services and accommodations utilized by the Guest at the Hotel exceeding the value of the voucher must be settled in cash or by credit card at the Hotel. The voucher has no cash value, is not exchangeable for cash, and is non-refundable.
Ibis Style Nowy Targ is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. In the event of notification that the voucher has been lost or stolen, the existing one will be canceled and a new one of the same value will be issued.
